All coaching services are delivered via zoom currently. We will also use calendly, text or phone, email as communications. Session and site information will be delivered by chanelmclearylifecoach.co.uk. The host of the website is Create.net.
Coaching services offered are for personal, work, relationtional or social development. Life coaching is not a professional mental health care or medical assessment/care. If you are suffering mental health distress or psychological distress please see your GP or mental health professional. If there is a risk of self harm or suicide please call you're emergency services now. Number will vary in different countries.
Life coaching can be used along side your professional mental health care or counselling which has been shown to be effective as long as healing is taking place and your not in a place of distress.
If you throughly read and agreed to the statements below and that you wish to proceed:
I understand coaching session delivered by Chanel McLeary are NOT a substitute for medical care, counselling or professional mental health care but coaching can be used along side these services. Distressed state must be absent and where possible healthcare professional must be aware patient is using a life coach along side treatment. Lifecoaches do not intend to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health conditions. I will not use it as a form of therapy.
I understand and agree that I am over 18 years old and fully responsible for my own wellbeing during and following my coaching sessions. Also responsible for my choice, ideas, decisions in my sessions.
I understand coaching is not currently regulated. That Chanel McLeary is not licensed by any international regulator. For all legal purposes services provided but Chanel McLeary will be provided from United Kingdom.
Coaching Disclaimer and Waiver
I understand all suggestions, ideas and comments offered by Chanel McLeary are solely for guiding and aiding me to achieve my goals as agreed in coaching sessions or via communications described. I have the ability to give consent and therefore give my coach consent to assist me in achieving such goals and aims.
I understand that all our work together involves my personal life, relationtional, career, social, that Chanel McLeary is not guareenting or promising the following outcomes better job prospects or work, reducing or increased hours, promotions, better work/life balance, increased fulfillment and focus, improved health, improved relationships.
I understand that if I disclose that I am at risk of harm or abuse or that others are at risk of harm or abuse from yourself. Any kind of abuse child, elderly, vulnerable. My coach has a duty of care to pass this information onto the appropriate authorities.
I understand that Chanel McLeary will safety store and protect my information as communication as confidential unless coach state otherwise in writing. I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of zoom, phone call, text, email, calendly , website and other technology. If I wish to screen record I need to agree this with my coach beforehand.
I hereby forever discharge, release, acquit Chanel McLeary, successors, assigns, any agents, personal representative, executors, heirs, suit action, demand or right to claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself, or by Chanel McLeary as a resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall binding my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successor, assigns and agents.
Payment Terms
Please check availably on Calendly and book a slot before payment. Please pay on chanelmclearylifecoach.co.uk through Barclays secure payment. Please seek Barclays payment page via there website for their payment terms and Conditions. Payment will be taken upon receipt of your order. If you have booked Calendly but not paid we will email you providing you have supplied all your correct details. If payment is not paid 24 hours before the session then your session maybe cancelled.
Payment needs to be paid 24 hour before each session. If you wanted to pay for a bulk of sessions please email [email protected].
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your coachIng session this needs to be done no less than 24 hours before your coachIng session via email, text, phone call. You will get a full refund if its within this time frame. If outside this time frame after 24 hours there is a £10 cancellation fee this is due to a loss session that could of been offered to some else. Your be refunded the amount minus the £10. If cancellation is beyond your control or due to unforeseen circumstances at Chanel McLeary's discretion the cancellation fee maybe waviered. If Chanel McLeary needs to cancel for any reason you will get the option of a full refund or reschedule.
If you need to reschedule this needs to done within 12 hours and there's no charge as you have already paid.
