Please follow the link to Calandly to book your prefered time slot or alternatively send a email to                            . Then following this confirmation please then pay for your coaching session to secure your place. If you need to cancel please do this 24 hours before coaching session by emailing.........If it after 24 hours and its happened more than once I may still charge half of the session fee. If you have unforseen circumtances or a ongoing issue that may affect your attenence sometimes please let me know and I take this into account. In these circumstances late fees will not apply.
